Today’s essay is not particularly mind-blowing or educational. Thinking about my friend Luke got me in the mood to talk about personal growth and horses.
I have been sorting through my books to cut down on the clutter. It’s been a bigger job than I anticipated. It’s hard trying to decide what horse books to keep and what to donate.
One of the things I have heard coming from the mouths of other trainers, instructors, and clinicians is, “I learned it from the horse,” or “Everything I know was taught to me by the horse.”
